[This is a freedom of speech issue]
War against civilians is inhumane. Actions of governments against civilians outside the protection of laws is inhumane. Actions of governments against protected speech outside the protection of laws is inhumane. Actions outside the protection of laws against protected speech are war-like action.
President Trump is making authority under executive order propaedeutic for the Republic. In healing ills, the President is harming people. One thing that should be very clear, the protections of the bill of rights are also extended to non-citizens. In addition, presidential authority is illegal outside of constitutional laws.
Speech issues present difficulties because they allow people to speak against us. Speech can be used to deny policy or procedure. It can be used by the minority to criticize the majority. It can be used by the majority to assert hegemony over the minority.
Pres. Trump and his administration are not unique to use free speech legislation to criticize their opposition. Unfortunately, Pres. Trump has set out to criticize people who are otherwise powerless. Other U.S. Presidents relied on limiting or expanding free speech in order to have power over more powerful enemies. For example, Pres. Roosevelt acted against the Japanese government by interning 120,000 Japanese Americans. In contrast, in this case, Pres. Trump has acted against a very small number of otherwise powerless people.
It is a signature for Pres. Trump to launch personal attacks. Most famously against the other party’s candidate when he ran for re-election in 2024. However, personal attacks are one of his political calling cards. (https://spoo.me/trumpattack)

This section reviews problems for Pres. Trum and his administration by enacting the executive order: Protecting American Communities from Criminal Aliens.
IMO, the use of the Alien Enemies Act, and the execution of the new executive order allow Trump and his administration to govern more by rule of law than by the people. Most significantly, the denial of rights to Venezuelans recently deported, and the detention of immigrants critical of Trump make this observation one to be corrected.
